If you're planning a dig, a driveway, a trench, or a yard project, the first question is almost always the same: what's this going to cost me? Most rental companies make you call and pry the number out of them. We don't. Here are our honest 2026 rates, what drives the price up or down, and how to choose the right machine so you're not paying for more (or less) than you need.
We're a local, family-run outfit serving Georgina, Durham, Simcoe, Kawartha Lakes, and York Region — and we deliver.

Rates are for the machine; delivery and pickup are quoted based on your location. Ask us about multi-day and monthly discounts — the longer you book, the lower your effective daily cost.
1. How long you need it. The daily rate is the most expensive way to rent. A weekend or weekly booking dramatically lowers your cost per day. If a job will realistically take three or four days, a weekly rate is often cheaper than stacking daily rates — just ask and we'll do the math with you.
2. Delivery distance. We deliver across Georgina and the surrounding region. Closer jobs cost less to deliver; we'll give you a flat delivery-and-pickup quote up front so there are no surprises.
3. The right size machine. Renting a machine that's too big wastes money and can't get through a backyard gate; too small and you're there twice as long. Matching the machine to the job is the single biggest way to control cost (more on that below).
4. Attachments. Buckets, augers, and other attachments can change what a machine can do. Tell us the job and we'll spec it out.
Digging a trench, footing, or small foundation in a tight space? The Kubota U17 mini excavator fits through most gates and is the go-to for landscaping, drainage, and utility trenching. For deeper or bigger digs — septic systems, larger foundations, stump removal — step up to the Kubota U35 compact excavator.
Moving material, grading, or demolition? The Kubota SVL75-3 compact track loader is a workhorse for grading, backfilling, and heavy lifting, with tracks that float over soft ground. For lighter grading, gravel spreading, and acreage chores, a compact tractor with loader (LX2620 or BX23s) is more economical — and the BX23s adds a backhoe for light digging.
Not sure? Tell us what you're building and we'll point you to the cheapest machine that will actually get it done.
For a one-off weekend project, renting and running the machine yourself is usually the most economical route — our machines are newer Kubotas with easy controls, A/C cabs, and features like backup cameras, and we give you a walkthrough on delivery. For bigger or more technical jobs (grading to spec, septic, drainage), it can be worth having an experienced operator do it right the first time. We offer both, so you're never stuck.
Do you deliver? Yes — across Georgina, Durham, Simcoe, Kawartha Lakes, and York Region. We'll quote delivery and pickup up front.
Do I need experience to operate the equipment? Our machines are designed to be operator-friendly and we walk you through the controls on drop-off. For complex work, ask about operated rentals.
How far in advance should I book? Popular machines book up in peak season, so reserve as early as you can — but we're known for fast response and short-notice delivery when we can swing it.
What about insurance? We'll go over our rental terms and coverage when you book so you know exactly where you stand.
