Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

We deliver and pick up right at your jobsite across Georgina, Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Jackson's Point, Beaverton, Brock, Cannington, Kawartha Lakes and the rest of York and Durham Region. Tell us your postal code and we'll quote the machine, delivery and pickup all in - most local rentals can be on site same or next day.

What's the smallest machine for a tight backyard?

The Kubota U17 mini excavator (about 1.7 tonnes, from $250/day) fits through gates as narrow as roughly three feet and is light enough to work on an established lawn. For bigger digs, the U35 compact excavator (about 3.7 tonnes, from $350/day) gives you more reach and digging power.

Do you offer operators, or is it machine-only rental?

Both. Rent the machine on its own if you're comfortable running it, or ask about an operated rental and we'll run it for you - ideal for precise jobs like septic and foundations, or if it's your first time on an excavator.

What are your rental rates?

Kubota U17 mini excavator from $250/day, U35 compact excavator from $350/day, SVL75-3 compact track loader from $350/day, BX23s tractor-loader-backhoe from $200/day, and LX2620 compact tractor-loader from $300/day. Daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates are available, and delivery is quoted up front.

What areas do you serve?

We're family-owned in Georgina and serve all of York Region, Durham Region, Brock Township and the City of Kawartha Lakes - including Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Jackson's Point, Beaverton, Cannington, Sunderland, Lindsay, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Newmarket, Bradford and surrounding areas.

Do I need experience or a special licence to rent?

No special licence is required for our compact equipment, and we'll give you a quick safety rundown at drop-off. For larger or first-time jobs we recommend an operated rental. Ask about damage-waiver options when you book.

Can I rent for a weekend, a week, or a month?

Yes - we offer daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates, and the longer the rental the better the per-day price. Just tell us your dates and we'll quote the best rate.
