Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at 437-907-0671. Cancellations with reasonable notice before delivery can be rescheduled or refunded as below.
Deposits
Any deposit terms are confirmed at booking and may be non-refundable for late cancellations to cover scheduling and logistics.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method. Rental fees for time the equipment was in your possession are not refundable.
Equipment issues
If equipment arrives not as described or fails due to a fault on our end and we cannot promptly remedy it, we will arrange a fair adjustment or refund for the affected period.
