Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions
By renting equipment from Titanium Equipment Group & Contracting you agree to the following. (Please review with your own counsel; this is a general summary.)
Rental period & rates
Rates are charged by the day, weekend, week or month as quoted. The period begins at delivery/pickup and ends on return or collection. Late returns are billed at the daily rate.
Use of equipment
You agree to operate equipment safely, lawfully and only for its intended purpose by competent operators, and not to sublet or move it outside the agreed jobsite/region.
Condition & responsibility
Inspect equipment on delivery and report issues immediately. You are responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear from delivery until return, and for adequate insurance during the rental.
Safety & liability
You assume all risk associated with operating the equipment and agree to indemnify Titanium against claims arising from your use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Breakdowns
If equipment fails through normal mechanical issues, contact us and we will repair or replace it as promptly as reasonably possible.
