If you searched "excavator rental near me" from Keswick, Sutton, Beaverton, Newmarket or Uxbridge, the closest options are usually a big box store with a machine that is too small or a city branch that charges more to deliver than to rent. We are a family-owned equipment company based in Georgina, and this is how renting from us works from first call to pickup.
Step 1: Tell us the job
Call or text 905-251-2521 with three things: what you are digging, how deep, and how you get into the site (gate width, side yard, lawn or driveway). From that we pick the machine. Tight access and shallow work is the Kubota U17; deep digs, septic, stumps and foundations are the Kubota U35. Our sizing guide explains the difference if you want to decide yourself.
Step 2: Get the price in one number
Rates are published: U17 from $250 a day, U35 from $350 a day, with weekend, weekly and monthly rates on the rentals page. Delivery and pickup are quoted up front by postal code. Attachments and an optional damage waiver are added if you want them. There is no surprise on the invoice.
Step 3: Book the dates
Most local rentals can be on site same day or next day. Spring weekends book up first, so reserve early for April and May. A weekend rental is Friday delivery to Monday morning pickup.
Step 4: Get locates
Before the machine arrives, request Ontario One Call locates. It is free, it is the law before any digging in Ontario, and it takes up to five business days. Mark the septic bed and well head too if you are on a rural lot.
Step 5: Delivery and walk-through
We deliver the machine fueled and serviced, with the bucket and attachments you asked for. If it is your first time on an excavator, we do a safety walk-through at drop-off: controls, travel, keeping the bucket low, staying back from trench edges, and shutdown. No licence is required for compact equipment on private property. If the job is precise or near a structure, book an operated rental and our operator runs it.
Step 6: Return
Top up the fuel or we bill it at cost, leave the machine where we dropped it with clear access, and we pick it up. The deposit is released at return.
