Most equipment rental companies make you call for a price. We publish ours, because the first thing every homeowner and contractor wants to know is what the machine costs before they plan the job. Here are our current rates, what is included, and the things that move the number up or down.

A weekend rental is Friday pickup or delivery to Monday morning, so it is usually the best value for a homeowner project. A weekly rate works out to well under the daily rate per day, and monthly rates are for contractors who want a machine on site for the duration of a build.
What is included
The machine arrives fueled, serviced and with the standard bucket. You return it with the fuel topped up or we bill the fuel at cost. A quick safety walk-through at drop-off is included. Attachments such as a hydraulic thumb, augers, forks or a snow pusher are quoted separately when you book.
What changes the price
Delivery is the main variable. We quote delivery and pickup up front based on your postal code, and it is the same price whether you rent for a day or a month, so longer rentals spread that cost out. Operated rentals, where one of our operators runs the machine for you, are priced by the hour or the job and make sense for septic beds, foundations and anything where a mistake is expensive. A damage waiver is optional and covers you against accidental damage for a small daily fee. Deposits are taken on a card and released at return.
How our rates compare
National rental chains in the GTA typically charge more for a comparable mini excavator once delivery from a city branch is added, and many will not deliver north of Newmarket at all. Because we are based in Georgina, delivery to Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Beaverton, Cannington, Sunderland and Uxbridge is short, and that is where most of the savings come from.
Which machine do you actually need?
If the job is digging down, trenches, footings, drainage, a pond or stumps, you want an excavator: the U17 for tight access and lawns, the U35 for anything bigger. If the job is moving material across the surface, grading, gravel, brush, demolition debris or snow, you want the SVL75-3 track loader. For acreage chores and small grading with some digging, the BX23s or LX2620 tractors do both jobs at a lower rate. Our guide on skid steer versus mini excavator goes deeper.
